Hello! I’m Onur Can Kılıç, a multidisciplinary engineer and entrepreneur with a passion for technology and innovation.

As someone who has been dedicated to entrepreneurship since my university years, I graduated from Middle East Technical University with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2018.

After graduation, I joined Vestel’s Management Trainee Program and participated in Koç University’s Modular MBA program. With the knowledge I gained from my MBA education, I took on roles in Business Development, Project Management and Process Management within Vestel’s Customer Services. Working closely with the end user allowed me to further develop myself in areas such as Design Thinking and Customer Experience.

Before the age of 30, I had the opportunity to establish my own company through Vestel’s Corporate Entrepreneurship Program, where I secured funding for my startup.

During my time at BRB (my own startup), I gained proficiency in a wide range of areas, including marketing, advertising, post creation, application design, user experience, project management, business development, data analysis, product launch strategies, and customer engagement. This hands-on experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and equipped me with the skills necessary to manage and grow a business effectively.

Currently, I am actively working as a Product and Process Consultant for the TRT Archive Renewal Project at KoçSistem. In this role, I am gaining deep insights into how projects are managed within the media sector and the public domain.
